LEO Kompetences Centra pētījuma Nr. 1.6. uzsākšana, 01.02.2023.
A/S “RD ALFA mikroelektronikas departaments” ir uzsācis pētījumu Nr. 1.6. “Zema sprieguma un zema trokšņu līmeņa vienpakāpju Rail-to-Rail operacionālā pastiprinātāja tehnoloģijas un mikroshēmas prototipa izpēte un izstrāde”. Pētījumu līdzfinansē Eiropas savienība. Pētījuma izpildes periods 01.02.2023. - 30.04.2024.
Pētījuma mērķis ir izstrādāt, izpētīt un testēt zema sprieguma (Ucc = ± 15 V un Ucc = ± 2,5V) un zema trokšņa līmeņa (<4 mV, p-p 0,1 līdz 10 Hz) vienpakāpju Rail-to-Rail operacionālo pastiprinātāju ar JFET tranzistoriem ieejā, kas nodrošina pikoampēru ieejas strāvu (<15pA) un novirzes spriegumu <500 mV. Projekta sagaidāmais galvenais rezultāts – izstrādāts operacionālā pastiprinātāja prototips (TGL 6 - Tehnoloģijas demonstrācija mākslīgi radītā vidē: sistēmas modelis vai prototips ir pārbaudīts mākslīgi radītā vidē). Pētījuma galvenie rezultāti tiks aprakstīti un iesniegtie publicēšanai divos zinātniskos rakstos, kas indeksēti Web of Science, SCOPUS, ERIH (A vai B), ScienceDirect vai Elsevier datubāzēs, vai izplatīti tādā tehniskā vai zinātniskā konferencē, kuras rakstu krājums indeksēts Web of Science, SCOPUS, ERIH (A vai B), DBLP, ScienceDirect vai Elsevier datubāzēs.
Pētījums tiek īstenots Latvijas Atveseļošanas un noturības mehānisma plāna 5.1.r. reformu un investīciju virziena "Produktivitātes paaugstināšana caur investīciju apjoma palielināšanu P&A" 5.1.1.r. reformas "Inovāciju pārvaldība un privāto P&A investīciju motivācija" 5.1.1.2.i. investīcijas "Atbalsta instruments inovāciju klasteru attīstībai" īstenošanas noteikumu kompetences centru ietvaros īstenotā projektā Nr. 5.1.1.2.i.0/1/22/A/CFLA/002 “Latvijas Elektrisko un optisko iekārtu ražošanas nozares kompetences centrs”.
Launch of the research project No. 1.6. realised at the Competence Center of the Latvian Electrical and Optical Equipment Manufacturing Industry
The JSC (A/S) "RD ALFA mikroelektronikas departaments" has started research project No. 1.6. “Research and Development of Low Voltage and Low Noise Single-Stage Rail-to-Rail Operational Amplifier Technology and Chip Prototype”. The project is co-financed by the European Union. The period of execution of the research is 01.02.2023. - 30.04.2024.
The aim of the study is to design, investigate and test a low voltage (Ucc = ± 15 V and Ucc = ± 2.5V) and low noise (<4 mV, p-p 0.1 to 10 Hz) single-stage Rail-to-Rail operational amplifier with JFET transistors at the input providing picoampere input current (<15pA) and bias voltage <500 mV. The expected main result of the project – a prototype of the operational amplifier (TRL 6 - Technology demonstration in an artificially created environment: the system model or prototype has been tested in an artificially created environment). The main results of the study will be described and submitted for publication in two scientific articles indexed in Web of Science, SCOPUS, ERIH (A or B), ScienceDirect or Elsevier databases, or disseminated at a technical or scientific conference whose collection of articles is indexed in Web of Science, SCOPUS, ERIH (A or B), DBLP, ScienceDirect or Elsevier databases.
The research project is carried out via Latvian Recovery and Resilience Mechanism Plan under reform and investment direction 5.1.r. "Increasing productivity through increasing the amount of investment in R&D", reform 5.1.1.r. “Management of innovations and motivation of private R&D investments", investment 5.1.1.2.i. "Support instrument for the development of innovation clusters", project No. 5.1.1.2.i.0/1/22/A/CFLA/002 "Competence Center of the Latvian Electrical and Optical Equipment Manufacturing Industry".
